Returns and Refunds: OI Tape Products

oi tape, LLC has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. After 30 days, we can no longer offer a refund for your purchase.

Shipping & Returns

Items or packages returned to us must first request a return to be accepted. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that shipping your goods may take longer than expected if your country of residence is not the United States.

To be eligible for a return, you must return the item in its original packaging and provide an order number or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we may promptly evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
