The practice of mouth taping, like any new addition to your routine, takes time to get used to.

This product was very comfortable to use help keep my mouth closed so I did not wake up with a dry mouth and sore throat. It can be used for people that aren’t even on CPAP just to prevent dry mouth.

Oh, I tape is now my new go to sleep pack. I love the fact that it’s super comfortable to wear an easy to breathe through while combating my typical snoring. I enjoy using these nightly, I suffered from dry mouth but incorporating these tapes have put a stop to that. I feel less anxious and sleep better. I'm less tired throughout the day and love the fact that these aren't irritating to my sensitive skin.

I think the product was pretty good! It was easy to understand and use. The only issue was the feeling of it against my beard but I never used sleep tape before so just wasn’t used to it. After a few minutes it felt fine and I think helped me sleep better overall. I woke up feeling energized and ready for the day a bit more than I used to.

Overall I feel like it was a great product to try. I tend to be a mouth breather and I think that is what wakes me up throughout the night. I was able to sleep all night and still had the tape on when I woke up. It is easy to apply and remove.

I've been curious about mouth tape for so long and finally decided to pull the trigger! Definitely took some getting used to since I'm definitely a mouth breather, but it's been a week and I definitely noticed some positive improvements. One night when I was watching Love Island USA, I was so intrigued to see what Carl was putting on his mouth every night when he went to bed. This worked well at night. There was an adjustment period to get used to it because I am not used to stuff on my face at night. I am sensitive but it didn't irritate my skin. It was easy to take off after as well. My throat wasn't as sore from dryness in the mornings. It helped me relearn to breathe through my nose.

I have a very fantastic experience using this tape. I first used it on my husband who has a very bad snoring issue, not only it stopped the snoring but he had a very peaceful sleep as well. And the same way I applied on my mouth while working and sleeping and it gave such a good night sleep and it was so easy to remove as well. My lip doesn’t felt tacky but felt smooth and moist. Highly recommend to use any day.

Product has nice packaging came off the backing easily, it was worth a try, I personally don't think I would try again as the feel of tape on my face was just odd for me however it wasn't uncomfortable and think it's with the try

I love oi tape!! I’ve been using mouth tape for about a year now and I always have struggled with many brands either not sticking to my mouth and falling off in the middle of the night and ripping off my skin when taking it off in the morning. Ok tape stays on all night I feel that I get more restful and deep sleep and painless to remove

The best mouth tape I’ve ever used, hands down.
Oi Tape is a total game changer. It’s lightweight, super comfortable, and actually stays put all night without feeling stiff or irritating. I love that it’s non-toxic—that was a non-negotiable for me, and it’s the cherry on top of an already amazing product.

So far, I have had really good solid sleep with the oi mouth tape. I was hesitant at first, but now it’s just part of my routine! I haven’t had any sensitivity around my mouth after removing the tape in the morning, which is a plus! I highly recommend!
